Your position
In your new position as Head of MV/HV Service, you will be responsible for projects and a dedicated Team working with specialized electrical service, primarily within Medium Voltage and High Voltage. The services delivered to clients are all over the world.
Your work will make a real difference in meeting the world’s growing energy demand. The projects/services are for both Offshore & Onshore customers and include preventive maintenance and inspections, tests, minor installations, repairs and modifications.

Your key tasks & responsibilities
As Head of MV/HV Service you will be responsible for leading the team to success. You will ensure the right qualification and competences. You will be working closely together with the sales and tender team to ensure the pipeline and you ensure good performance on ongoing services.
You will be the natural point of contact for our clients for existing and new projects. You will secure projects are being delivered on time and budget.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Take ownership to continue the strengthen of our safety culture
- Managing, coordinating and planning tasks and projects
- Communicating with customers and create solutions
- Support in problem solving for both customers and your team
- Setting the team and contributing to the execution
Your profile & qualifications
The role matches a person with an ambitious and target-driven mindset and a strong technical background within electrical projects or services combined with a commercial mindset. Ideally you have experience with test, termination and inspection within Medium & High Voltage system.
You have a strong leadership profile just as well as a natural outgoing profile. You are excellent in communicating both internal and externally with clients and suppliers.
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:
- A technical background as engineer or similar
- +5 years of relevant experience with complex electrical tests, terminations, and inspections
- Experience in handling customer contracts, tenders etc,
- Fluent in English language is a requirement. Danish and/or German is an advantage.
- To be self-driven and able to plan your own work. You are proactive and persistent in reaching the best solutions.
