Your position
In your new position as Student Assistant in the Products & Technology division, you will be a valuable member of the dedicated Service team who provide specialized service for telecommunication and firefighting equipment for the global energy industry.
This position is a fantastic opportunity to develop your administrative skills in an international environment. Your tasks & responsibilities
You will support the Service team with tasks related to coordination, data handling in Excel, service and much more.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Preparing invoice drafts in Excel
- Preparing packing lists for materials required for various jobs
- Coordinating and booking of travel arrangements such flights, hotels, and taxis
- Providing support to the department
- Handling day-to-day administrative tasks as needed
Your profile & qualifications
We imagine that you are a detail-oriented, structured and service-minded student who is focused on delivering high-quality work. What we do value most of all though, is that you are proactive and enthusiastic about your work, and that you enjoy supporting the people around you - and a good sense of humor is always appreciated here at Semco Maritime.
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you:
- Are pursuing a relevant higher education degree (bachelor's or master's level)
- Have a flair for numbers and proficiency in Excel
- Can work 15-20 hours a week during regular business hours
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Are fluent in English, written and spoken
